Well its definitely a new day!! No more pepperoni pizza cravings YAY! Actually I've not really craved anything at all today which is amazing! My weird and vivid dreams are still occurring on occasion but not near as bad as they were on the first few days! I'm having so semi-serious sinus issues lately, I woke up yesterday feeling like I was trying to get a cold or something. My throat was really dry and scratchy, my nose was stopped up and my lungs hurt to breathe in deeply. Idk what's going on b/c I've had sinus issues for a few days now and it's not clearing up.......well it is during the day but as soon as I wake they are horrible.
I've had a rash on my right foot for like a year now, it popped up last summer and I had a few dr buddies look at it who said it was fungal. So it was "treated" with a round of antibiotics and some anti-fungal ointment. Well after the strong antibiotics it acted like it was starting to go away but BAM it came right back and it seemed to get worse, almost like it was pissed. It went through different stages, it would turn red then purple then it would spread then it would start to go away then it would come back as big bumps then turn purple again. As the weather got cooler it started fading but as soon as it warmed back up it came back full force. Long story short it has never gone away and since I've started the MC I've been watching to see what it does. I have decided that regardless if my tongue is completely pink or not I'm going until this "thing" on my foot goes away LOL! Today it has started to fade!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My tongue is mostly pink but still has a light white coat on it.
For the most part my energy is high today and I'm in a positive mood, I've not weighed myself so that way I don't get discouraged if I don't lose anything. Onward to day 12!!
