Day 15

Only 5 more days to go!! I can't believe I've made it this far since my first cleanse only lasted 3 days and I caved in and I had a lot more options to go in my mouth than with this cleanse!



I'm having another big energy day and guess what, I'm down to 167.6...........I love it when I lose weight!! Its weird that I'll go a few days at the same weight then BAM drop 3lbs overnight. Its great though b/c when I've tried to lose weight before I got stuck at 170 and before that I got stuck at 160 and just couldn't seem to get past it no matter what I did.



I'm very optimistic today and I have not had any cravings the past few days. As I was mowing the lawn I can tell my allergies have gotten SOOOOOOOO much better, I didn't sneeze ONCE!! On top of that someone in the neighborhood was having Chinese LOL and I could actually smell that over all the flying grass, pollen, and dirt!!



I didn't go straight to sleep last night after drinking my lax tea and it wound up waking me up at 12, 1 and 2 with BM's. I can't complain though because I want it OUT!
