Day 13

Today I had yet another burning BM and that weird foam. My face is still breaking out and I still have that tooth ache. On a good note my dry skin is clearing up and its starting to get really soft!! I'm just really tired today and can go to sleep at the drop of a dime. I'm still a little grumpy and I think its because I'm sort of stressed out..........more like discouraged. I'm on day 13 and most people I have read about have already had HUGE gains with the MC and HUGE weight loss to report and I've only lost 9 pounds, and I feel like I'm going backwards since day 10, its frustrating!! I was feeling SO GREAT from day 4 to day 10 now its like I'm tired all the time and grumpy just like I was before the cleanse. I'm doing everything EXACTLY by the book so idk what's wrong!! My tooth ache is starting to worry me though and I'm not sure if its just a detox symptom or if something is wrong. On top of that my tongue still is not pink, I'm still waking up with major sinus issues and I have this AWFUL taste in my mouth from the time I wake up till I go to bed. AHHHHHH just a bad day!
