So after my last entry I wound up drinking another drink (which made only 2 for the day) and a cup of hot lax tea and went to bed at 9:30. That was really odd for me b/c I can never go to bed before 2 am and if I try I just toss and turn until 2 then fall asleep.
I figured it was my first day so what the hay, I'm trying to listen to my body right?! So I just went on to bed and slept really well, until 3:45...............................
