Not much to report today. For some reason my face is still breaking out and all along I thought it was work doing it. I'm still having sinus issues and that one tooth ache. I'm still having BM's as normal (mostly liquid with some semi solid waste). O, yeah on day 10 I started having gas.............which is not a good thing when you are having liquid BM's!! Today I started having some "foam" with my BM's too, not sure what that's all about either. Still at 170 so no more weight loss. I have been a little grumpy today too and tired.
Still taking it one day at a time.................
